Nick has completed numerous complex real estate transactions and is a successful investor/ property manager. Nick has a background in fine art and computer graphics spanning nearly 15 years. Phil Williams

Phil brings 40 years of experience in customer service and sales from the medical services industry. Born and raised in San Leandro, his family dates back to the early settling of the East Bay. Phil’s family has owned property in San Leandro for over four generations, and he is an expert on the history and intricacies of this city and its neighboring municipalities. Phil has extensive experience managing and leading large scale sales operations and has spearheaded our call center strategy.

Devon Corkery

Devon Corkery is the newest member of our team. Growing up under Link’s careful eye, Devon learned early what apartment ownership was all about. At the age of 15 he began showing rental units and keeping books for his father. In pursuit of his degree in Criminal Justice, Devon later attended Las Positas College where he graduated with honors. Additionally, Devon studied business at Cal State East Bay and became president of his fraternity where he increased membership by 300%. Devon assists with our social media development and video creation.
